Ordering

By placing an order you agree to these terms of sale. An order is a request to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. All pieces are subject to availability.

Editions & allocation

Limited editions are individually numbered and allocated on a first-come basis. Placing a piece in your bag holds it for a limited time only; a numbered edition is confirmed to you when payment completes. Edition No. 1 is always retained for our archive.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before a contract is formed.

Made-to-order & personalised pieces

Our dresses are made to order and our original artworks are 1-of-1: each is crafted or finished specifically for you after you order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off (cancellation) right. Accordingly, once production of a made-to-order or 1-of-1 piece has begun it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where it arrives faulty or not as described. You are asked to confirm that you understand this at checkout before payment is taken.

In-stock returns

In-stock accessories and prints may be returned unworn and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for how to arrange a return.

Authenticity

Each limited piece is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity with a unique code you can check on our certificate validation page. The certificate confirms the edition number and the piece's provenance.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
