Made to order

Our dresses are made to order. Each piece is crafted for you after ordering (typically around a week to reach the atelier), then hand-finished, packed and dispatched. Delivery therefore takes longer than an in-stock item and exact timings may vary. You'll receive tracking the moment your piece ships.

UK delivery

In-stock accessories and prints are dispatched within 2–3 working days by tracked courier. Each order is packed by hand with care.

International

We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns: in-stock pieces

In-stock accessories and prints may be returned unworn, in their original condition, within 14 days of delivery for a refund. As editions are limited, we ask that you take care when trying on.

Returns: made-to-order & 1-of-1

Our dresses are made to order and our original artworks are 1-of-1, each crafted or finished specifically for you after you order. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are made to your order or personalised are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off (cancellation) right, so these pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a piece arrives faulty or not as described, which never affects your legal rights. You confirm you understand this at checkout before payment.
